The first KUDOS club sponsored by Delta Zeta chapter was organized in the 1990s with 15 high school young men in grades 9-12.
Everett Robinson served as the first club’s president assisted by Joey Spencer as vice president.
Everett led the group for four years during which time the first Southeast Regional conference was organized under Mrs. Mary Mills who was the regional director during that time frame, and Dr. Linda Perry-Simpson the local KUDOS advisor, who later became the southeast region KUDOS chair person.
Since the initiation of the first regional conference led by the 15 young men from Delta Zeta, other KUDOS clubs have been formed.
DELTA ZETA CHAPTER XINOS


Delta Zeta Chapter Xinos was organized in the Fall of 1981.
Charter Member, Doris Hill asked a group of her former girl scouts to her home to discuss organizing a girls mentoring group call Xinos. The girls played games and had refreshments. The girls voted on officers to begin the first Xinos Club.
The girls had monthly meetings to plan activities and service projects. The girls traveled to several conferences under the advisors Doris Hill and Faye Boyd.
